Registration, Discounts, and Cancellation Policies
Radio Spectrum Institute
classes are offered at very competitive rates, and discounts are available for early registration and multiple registrations from the same organization. All discounts will be applied automatically during the registration and checkout process.
Registration and Payment
You will be prompted for attendee name(s) and contact information on the next page. Tuition for each attendee will be calculated, and all applicable discounts will be automatically applied.
Early Registration Discount
A 10% discount is applied to registrations that are paid 30 days or more in advance of the first day of the class. To qualify, payment by credit card or check must be received on or before the early registration deadline.
Discounts are available for multiple registrations from the same organization, paid at the same time.
- First registration: Standard price
- Additional registrations from same organization: 10% discount
The multi-attendee discount will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.
Payment may be made by credit card, check, or wire transfer. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please follow the process for paying by check, then contact us
for banking information. All payments must be received prior to the early registration deadline to qualify for the 10% early registration discount. Full payment must be received prior to the start of the class. If paying in person at the training session, payment must be received prior to class attendance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the class incur a cancellation fee of 10%. Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance incur a cancellation fee of 20%. There is no penalty if payment is applied to credit for future Radio Spectrum Institute
classes. Non-attendance without cancellation will incur the full registration fee.
Refunds (minus any applicable cancellation fees) will be provided by the same method used for payment, and will be processed within 30 days of request.
Substitutions may be made at any time. Please inform us of the name change so that we may have proper name tags and attendance certificates prepared.
